Day 1: 18th September • What is an Un-Desirable-Effect (UDE)? • Do you really want to overcome it? • Translating UDE into a cloud / conflict diagram • 3 cloud method for creating the generic conflict / current reality tree (CRT) Day 2: 19th September • Process of surfacing the assumptions underlying the conflict • Challenging assumptions surfaced and invalidating these • Evaporating the cloud / breaking the conflict • Creating the future reality tree (FRT) Day 3: 20th September • Understanding the six layers of resistance • Identifying potential negative branch reservations (NBR) • Identifying potential implementation obstacles • Generating injections for trimming NBR and implementations obstacles • Creating an implementation plan Facilitator: Ravi Gilani, managing consultant Goldratt India.
